Important Update - December 2021

We are taking a much much needed break and enjoying the festive period with friends and family. All orders placed between 21/12/2021 - 04/01/2022 will be dispatched from 05/01/2022. Expected shipping timeframes after your order has been dispatched will remain the same as below.

Shipping Information - UK

All orders are posted using Royal Mail standard postage, you can select 2nd or 1st class. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. Orders containing personalised items may take longer.

We also offer a Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day delivery service, orders placed using this will be dispatched the next working day and received the following day. If you have selected this service and have any concerns, please email us. Please note, custom items are excluded from this dispatch timeframe. See item description for dispatch timeframe.

We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, orders placed with this shipping option will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after ordering. This is a tracked only service as does not require a signature. Orders placed using this service should be delivered within 3 workings days after dispatch.

Postage is calculate on a weight basis.

Royal Mail estimates shipping as 3-5 days for second class and 1-3 working days for first class following dispatch.

In the event of national holidays, strikes or pandemics, please note this can be longer. If your order still has not arrived, please contact your local sorting office to see if it is waiting for you there. We cannot resend orders until they have been declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines, 10 days after expected delivery date.

Shipping Information - International

All orders are posted using Royal Mail International Tracked postage and are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed.

Postage is calculate on a weight basis.

Please get in touch if you wish to upgrade your postage.

Please allow 7-30 working days for your order to arrive, in the event of national holidays, strikes or pandemics, please note this can be longer. We are not responsible for delays due to orders being held at customs. Please keep an eye on the tracking information provided in your dispatch email for updates on where your order is. If your order still has not arrived, please contact your local sorting office to see if it is waiting for you there. Easy Returns & Exchanges

Non-Personalised Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering to cancel your order, if your order has not already be dispatched we will offer a full refund.

If you wish to return your item, all items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You have 28 days from order arriving to return it. Please contact us with 14 days of receiving your order so we can provide full returns information.

All returns costs are payable by the customer.

Personalised: We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on personalised items.
