Greetings cards are packaged in a hard backed envelope to ensure safe delivery.

All International orders are posted using Royal Mail International Standard delivery service. A tracked service is available however this will incur an additional cost. Please contact me if you wish to have your order postage using a tracked service.

ALL CUSTOMERS:

Whilst orders should arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch, custom delays, postage delays, and strike delays may mean that your parcel is delayed please allow 4-6 weeks for this. I am not responsible for these delays and NO REFUND OR ALTERNATIVE will be offered. If your parcel has not been delivered after 4 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks (International) I will make a claim with the Royal Mail, once the claim has been approved a refund or alternative will be issued. I will remain in contact with you, the customer, throughout the entire process.
